Mohr Partners, a rapidly growing commercial real estate brokerage firm, needed a facility that reflected their commitment to delivering best-in-class real estate services. To maximize the client’s limited budget, the design team focused many of the key design elements in the public spaces such as the reception and conference rooms. Additionally, the client was shifting from a high concentration of private offices to an open plan environment. This shift created a need to give work flow and design continuity much consideration. While the emphasis was on public spaces, the balance of the office was designed to flow seamlessly with a clean, functional and comfortable environment for the employees.
