Dragon Beach Casino Resort and Trade Center

Phase I of the Dragon Beach Casino Resort and Trade Center includes the comprehensive master planning of the entire development, the creation of architectural design guidelines and the design and construction of relocation housing, basic roads and utility infrastructure, two-2000 room casino hotels and the Dragon Beach Convention and Shopping Center. The project site is located on the famed “China Beach” about five miles south of Da Nang and extends inland to the Coco River.
PageSoutherlandPage is also planning “Dien Nam City,” an associated land development project for housing local landowners and residents displaced by the Dragon Beach development. This new community will also provide housing and support services for the local workforce employed by the Dragon Beach establishments.
Global C&D, Inc. of San Jose, California and Tano Capital of San Francisco are in the final stages of negotiations with the Government of Vietnam for an exclusive land development license with a 50-year term and a 20-year extension option. This license permits the development of this massive resort community containing destination hotels, gaming casinos, convention and exhibition facilities, shopping centers and timeshare condominium housing.
