Navy League of the United States Headquarters Office Building

Navy League of the United States Headquarters Office Building
Arlington, Virginia

The Navy League Building was the first building to pursue LEED goals set by the Arlington County Green Building Incentive Program and is one of the first general use office buildings in the United States to be designed for a silver LEED rating.

The 220,000-square-foot building includes headquarters for two major associations, the Navy League of the United States and the Associated General Contractors of America, along with other Class A lease space on seven floors, with four basement levels of parking. This facility is particularly remarkable for its implementation of sustainable land development principles. Project developers, architects, engineers, and contractors worked closely to reduce the impact of the building on the surrounding community and increase the quality of interior environments.
