The new Homefield Financial Texas Regional Headquarters incorporates a “Texas” aesthetic for the California-based company at the 23,386-square-foot Las Colinas location. Additionally, Homefield requested an office interior that would reflect their “high energy, open communication” culture, and they wanted a sophisticated look within a reasonable budget, and within a very aggressive construction schedule.
To satisfy Homefield’s business goals and objectives, designers strategically located the multiple conference and training rooms on the perimeter of the building to maximize the outstanding lake views in Las Colinas. Frosted glass was used to provide meeting room privacy and allow light to filter in to the office interior. Special Team Work Pods were designed in the predominantly open office environment to satisfy Homefield’s open and communicative work style.
