This three-level, 70,650-square-foot office includes attorney offices, a conference center, library, catered dining and lounge areas, war rooms and high density filing. A monumental, internal stair provides views to the central Texas Hill Country, links shared functions and provides a visual and acoustical connection between two floors. Client goals for a “light filled and open space” are achieved through the use of clerestory glass above attorney storage walls, translucent glass sidelights for perimeter and internal offices, indirect lighting, and circulation which frames exterior views.
