Designed by PageSoutherlandPage, the 64,000-square-foot clinic will accommodate 100,000 annual patient visits. It includes six family practice suites, obstetric suites, pediatric suites, imaging services, eye clinic, dental clinic, pharmacy and minor urgent care suite, along with a 10,000-square-foot eligibility center, where Harris County residents can register for services. Skylights bring in natural light for key public spaces, as well as for staff circulation and work areas. Separate covered entrances have been designed for the main clinic, the eligibility center and the urgent care department. Over 500 parking spaces are provided in the landscaped parking lot, which was planned and designed to reflect the urban context and fit into the residential neighborhood. PageSoutherlandPage provided architecture, programming, medical planning, MEP engineering and finishes. Team members include: Murray Sisson, Barbara Chastain, Phil Chisholm, Marcus Martinez, Janice Waggoner, Kim Hegarty, Darrel Widner, Don Green, Noe Pena, Ben Clemons, Bill Cherne, Bill Chalmers, Kurt Neubek and Sebastian Asvaraksh.
