• Senior Mechanical Engineer
  (HVAC and Piping) with minimum of 15+ years experience in the healthcare sector.  Professional knowledge of a broad range of mechanical engineering concepts, principles, and practices and familiarity with other engineering disciplines and architecture. Current design and project management experience with all three areas of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection as they pertain to building systems. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited, 4-year university.  Advanced degree in mechanical Engineering, including familiarity with project management or related building sciences program preferred. Must have a current professional license in Mechanical Engineering in the US. Strong interpersonal/communication skills needed for client interface.

  Senior Electrical Engineer
  Minimum of 15+ years of experience in the healthcare and data center sectors. Must have extensive experience in the design of healthcare facility and large data center design as well as skills in design management. Professional knowledge of a broad range of electrical engineering concepts, principles, and practices and familiarity with other engineering disciplines and architecture. Must have an accredited degree in electrical engineering with an active Professional Engineering license in the US. • Plumbing Engineers
  This position is responsible for designing and producing plumbing engineering drawings. Duties include preparing layouts of engineering systems, performing calculations, and producing specifications. In addition, the successful candidate will coordinate and prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents; assist in spatial coordination with architecture and other engineering systems; process contractor submittals and perform on site condition surveys. Preference for candidates with a BSME degree as well as experience in the design and analysis of plumbing systems for government, commercial and healthcare buildings. EIT or PE, as well as LEED accreditation, preferred. Experience with AutoCAD and Revit desired.
  Business Development Director - Healthcare Sector
  Seeking a marketing professional with experience in healthcare markets and the ability to develop new business opportunities within the architecture, engineering and interior design fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in understanding what it takes to grow a business, as well as industry knowledge and experience. Focus will be to implement strategies and support efforts to increase business as well as support strategic growth initiatives by managing marketing communications, business development initiatives, and PR strategies. Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 5 years direct marketing experience and excellent communication skills required.
• Structural Engineer
  Qualified candidates will meet all requirements for an EIT and shall have taken courses focused on a structural engineering career.  Candidate should have a working knowledge of AutoCAD or have had AutoCAD training.  Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.  Successful candidate will be responsible for conducting structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry and wood structures under the guidance of a registered engineer.  Responsibilities will be escalated with increasing experience level with a goal of Professional Licensing.  Experience with the following software is a plus: RAM Structural System (Steel and Concrete), RAM Concept, RISA 3D, and RISA Floor.  Candidate must be able to pass security clearance and background check.
• Electrical Engineers (PE) 
• The Dallas office is in need of Electrical Engineers with a minimum of six years experience in power distribution design for healthcare, commercial, and data center projects. Candidate should have extensive knowledge of building electrical power, lighting and signal design, including life safety systems and building management systems. Engineer will assume lead role with clients on projects, therefore excellent communication skills are essential. Experience utilizing SKM Power Tools and REVIT MEP needed.
